I'm sure most of you have seen the Mormon Messages on LDS.org, they are so wonderful! I wanted to share "Create" by President Uchtdorf as I found it especially inspiring. If you haven't heard/read the talk this is based on you can find it here.

I am the Luckiest!

Sappy post alert! :)
In the spirit of Valentine's Day (even though I'm a little late) I want to say how very lucky and blessed I am to have the husband I have! Dan is such an amzaing man! He is so kind and is always patient with me. This picture is my absolute favorite picture from our wedding day because it captures perfectly how extremely happy I am when I am in his presence. Love you Danny boy!

Something to make you smile!
I saw this video on Good Morning America on Saturday and it made my day! :) This is a few minutes long but I think you'll love it too! Thank you to all of my friends out there!

I got in! :)

Wow, it has been FOREVER since our last post! I'm not sure if anyone even checks our blog anymore but if so I just wanted to let everyone know that I got accepted to the Dental Hygiene Program at Columbus State! I'm still waiting to hear back from Ohio State though. I'm so excited to finally be getting on with school!

Dan Graduated!!!
Dan graduated in December from Ohio State with a degree in International Business and Economics. I'm so proud of him! He is happy to have a little break from school. I promised him he could take a few months off before starting to study for his GMAT. Here are a few pics.
The Buckeye cake I made for him.
I had to post this pic of us with Gordon Gee (OSU's President-he's Mormon) even though I look terrible. I had literally just thrown my sweater on because it was so hot and I had no idea the line was going to move so fast. :)
Can you tell I'm excited and proud?! :)
Lauren and I snuck down to the "off limits" part of the arena to get this one. :)

Maybe cats do have 9 lives...
Our little cat Charlie has had some breathing problems since we got him and we finally figured out why. He has a herniated diaphragm and pretty much all of the organs that should be in his abdominal cavity are in his thoracic cavity. As a result one of his lungs is collapsed. He was most likely hit by a car before we got him. So, today he had major surgery to correct all this and everything seems to have gone fine. We get to pick him up tomorrow. I know it may seem silly to have such an extensive surgery done on a pet but he has filled a place in my heart that I haven't been very successful filling with something else. ;) We are very thankful!
